The Historic Armory Hall is a community-based facility and is open for use by the public.

A residential VCSD rate-payer, residing in the district, may use the hall for a fee of $100 per day*. The rate-payer must be present for the hall use. 

A commercial VCSD rate-payer or general member of the public can reserve and use the hall for the fee of $700 per day. The signatory must be present for hall use.

Please note: All users must supply $2 million proof of event liability insurance and a refundable security deposit.

* plus a refundable cleaning deposit fee of $200.
